EASTON RX-7 SHAFT

The Easton RX-7 is a technically advanced indoor arrow shaft developed specifically for recurve finger shooters seeking maximum diameter, refined tuning and greater forgiveness. Built with Easton’s exclusive tapered technology, the RX-7 allows archers to shoot a larger line-cutting shaft at lower bow weight and/or lower point weight, without sacrificing tune quality or performance.

Constructed from full-strength 7178-T9 aluminium, the RX-7 features a precision rear taper that reduces the dynamic spine of the shaft by up to one full size. This gives recurve archers the ability to achieve proper tune with more standard point weights, while still benefiting from larger shaft diameters for higher scoring potential. The result is a more forgiving setup, faster release and improved arrow flight compared to traditional large-diameter indoor shafts that often require overly heavy points.

Based on the same proven rear-taper design philosophy used in Easton’s X10 and A/C/E shafts, the RX-7 delivers a weight-forward profile that enhances finger release forgiveness and maintains dependable performance on demanding target materials. Available in 21, 22 and World Archery maximum 23 diameters, the RX-7 is engineered for serious indoor recurve competition.

Technical Notes

• The RX-7-23 in spine 420 offers a weaker spine than a comparable X23 2315, allowing tuning with more standard point weights at normal shaft lengths
• Size 21 and 22 shafts accept Easton one-piece bullet points or NIBB points for 2114 and 2214 sizes respectively
• 6-pack boxes are supplied in 32 inch stock length only
